摘要
目的:通过检测P21蛋白和细胞周期蛋白D1(Cyclin D1)在阴茎鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达情况及其与临床病理参数的关系,探讨其在阴茎鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展和侵袭中的意义。方法:收集65例阴茎鳞癌组织标本采用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测P21和Cyclin D1蛋白的表达,并分析与临床病理参数的相关性。结果:P21蛋白在癌组织中阳性表达率为61.53%,癌旁组织中的阳性表达率为12.30%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在高、中、低分化癌组织中阳性率分别为41.17%、83.33%、86.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Cyclin D1蛋白在癌组织中阳性表达率为56.92%,癌旁组织中的阳性表达率为7.69%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在高、中、低分化癌组织中阳性率分别为38.23%、70.83%、100%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。P21蛋白和Cyclin D1蛋白在淋巴结转移组的阳性率分别为93.33%、86.67%,在非淋巴结转移组的阳性率分别为52.00%、45.83%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。P21与Cyclin D1蛋白在阴茎鳞癌中的表达呈正相关(rs=0.653,P<0.05)。结论:P21和Cyclin D1蛋白表达与阴茎鳞癌的发生、发展和侵袭可能存在一定的关系。
Objective: To observe th e expressions of P21 and cell cycle protein(Cyclin D1) in squamous cell carcinoma of the penis(penile SCC)and to investigate their possible relationships with clinical pathology. Methods: 65 cases of penile SCC( 34 cases of well-differentiated, 24 cases of moderately-differentiated and 7cases of poorly-differentiated) and its related clinical data in the pathological Department of Hospital Affiliated to Nantong University were collected. P21 and Cyclin D1 protein expression were detected with immunohistochemical S-P method. The relationships among the expressions of P21 and Cyclin D1 in the Pathological grade in penile SCC and clinical pathologic characters were statistically analyzed. Results: The total positive rate of P21 protein in penile SCC tissues was 61.53%, and 12.30%in para-cancerous tissues. The percentage of P21 was 41.17% 、83.33% and 86.71% in well differentiated, moderately differentiated and poorly differentiated. The total positive rate of Cyclin D1 protein in penile SCC tissues was 56.92% and7.69% in para-cancerous tissues. The percentage of Cyclin D1 was 38.23% 、70.83% and 100% in well differentiated,moderately differentiated and poorly dif ferentiated. Their expressions were statistically significantly different in different grades and lymphatic metastasis(P〈0.05). There were no statistically difference in the expressions of P21 and Cyclin D1 among ages and tumor size(P〉0.05). In penile SCC,the expression of P21 as positively correlated with Cyclin D1.Conclusion: P21 and Cyclin D1 may play an important role in the occurrence development and invasion of penile SCC.
