摘要
目的分析个性化护理对基层维持血透病人营养状况的影响。方法选取我院收治的120例维持血透病人的临床资料为研究对象,将其随机分成常规护理组与个性化护理组各60例,对比两组病人护理后的营养状况。结果对比两组病人护理后的血清白蛋白、血红蛋白,差异显著,均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组病人护理后的营养状况,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理在基层维持血透病人护理中的应用效果显著,能有效改善病人的营养状况,值得在临床上应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of individualized nursing care on the nutritional status of the patients at the basic level in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods The clinical data of 120 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects. The patients were randomly divided into routine nursing group and individual nursing group, 60 cases in each group. The nutritional status of the patients in the two groups were compared. Results Patients in the two groups were compared after treatment the serum albumin, hemoglobin, significant differences, were statistically significant (P〈0.05), compared two groups of patients and nursing, nutritional status, significant differences, which had statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion The application effect of individualized nursing in the maintenance of hemodialysis patients at the basic level is remarkable, it can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients, it is worthy of clinical application.
