摘要
[目的]构建浙江省养老护理员培训标准,为浙江省养老护理员培训提供参考依据,推动我国养老护理员培训不断完善。[方法]通过实地考察浙江省养老护理员培训现状,结合文献资料法,组织专家小组会议,通过德尔菲专家咨询法对15位专家进行2轮专家咨询,最终形成浙江省养老护理员培训标准。[结果]2轮专家咨询的问卷有效回收率分别为94%和100%,2轮咨询的专家权威程度分别是0.812和0.867,2轮咨询的总体重要性协调系数是0.201和0.311,总体可操作性协调系数是0.162和0.303,经χ2检验,均P<0.01,第2轮专家咨询各指标重要性与可操作性的变异系数为0.00~0.14,最终确定养老护理员培训标准包括11项一级指标、31项二级指标、50项三级指标。[结论]浙江省养老护理员培训标准较科学、全面、实际地反映了浙江省养老护理员培养和办学的条件要求,较符合浙江省养老护理培训的发展趋势,对提高浙江省养老护理员培训质量意义重大。
ObjectiveTo construct training standard of pension nursing staff in Zhejiang province,to provide references for pension nursing staff training in Zhejiang province,and to promote continuous improvement of pension nursing staff training in China. Methods： Through field trip of status quo of pension nursing staff training in Zhejiang province,in combination with literature data method,and organizing expert group meetings, 15 experts received 2 rounds of expert consultation through the Delphy expert consultation method, and Zhejiang province pension nursing staff training standards were formulated finally. Results： Effective recovery rate of 2 rounds of expert consultation questionnaire were 94% and 100% respectively,authority of experts in 2 rounds of consultation were 0. 812 and 0. 867 respectively, overall importance coordination coefficient of 2 rounds of consultation were 0. 201 and 0. 311, overall operational coordination coefficient were 0. 162 and 0. 303, by χ^2 test, P〈0 . 01 . importance of each index and operability variation coefficient of second round of expert consultation was 0. 001- 0. 14. Finally, pension nursing staff training standard included 11 first level indicators, 31 second level indicators and 50 third level indicators. Conclusions： Zhejiang province pension nursing staff training standard was more scientific, comprehensive and practicalit reflected requirements of pension nursing staff training and school it running conditions in Zhejiang province,and was more in line with development trend of Zhejiang province pension nursing training. It had great importance in improving quality of training of pension nursing staff in Zhejiang province.
