摘要
常规汽车发动机工作特性的测试方法存在成本大、效率低、实验设备不足等问题。采用虚拟仪器技术设计发动机工作特性仿真程序,利用555定时器建立仿真电路模拟发动机的转速信号、油门信号、负载信号,通过数据采集卡进行数据的采集和处理,提出基于LabVIEW的汽车发动机工作特性测试系统,实现汽车发动机工作特性的即时检测、数据采集、数据分析和结果显示。
This paper presents a test system on automobile engine operating characteristics based on Lab-VIEW to deal with problems of current methods such as high cost, low efficiency, and inadequate test e-quipment. The system designs the emulation program of engine operating characteristics through the virtu-al instrument technology,establishes the artificial circuit through 555 timer to simulate engines speed sig-nal, throttle signal and load signal,and collects and processes data through data acquisition cards, thus re-alizing the real-time detection, data acquisition,data analysis,and result display of operating characters of automobile engines.
