摘要
由于直接面视下的督导服药（DOT）的结核病患者督导管理模式存在着无法获得患者直接服药反馈、未能覆盖所有患者、信息不能实时更新及感染控制风险较大等薄弱环节,使移动互联网凭其联网便捷、即时通讯、精准送达、不受地域限制和私密性强的特点而被广泛应用,为加强结核病患者管理服务带来了契机.利用移动端应用程序（mobile client application,简称APP）等移动互联网工具,实现患者服药提醒、服药卡自动生成、医患交流、健康教育等功能,将医院、结核病防治系统的所有患者纳入管理;以服药管理为核心,以患者的直接信息反馈为基础,实现数据双向传输,实现对结核病防治工作中患者流、信息流、资金流的动态监测,为结核病患者督导管理工作提供监测、监督、考核、评价的便捷手段,建立以患者为中心的管理服务及结核病防治工作考核评价体系;可以通过实现APP数据和结核病防治机构、医院信息系统（history information system,HIS）数据的对接,调动患者和医务人员使用移动互联网工具的积极性,促使结核病防治工作的重点集中到患者本身的管理和服务上,完善以患者为中心的结核病患者管理服务体系,控制好结核病.
The supervision and management model based on ＇Directly Observe Treatment＇ （DOT） for tuberculosis （TB0 patients faces some challenges such as lack of patients＇ direct feedback, failure of covering all patients, failure of updating information immediately, high infection control risk and so on. The mobile internet offers new chance to strengthen management and services for tuberculosis patients through its extensive use, convenient networking, instant messaging, accurate delivery, no geographical restrictions and strong privacy. Using the mobile client application （App） and other mobile internet tools, we can achieve patient medication reminders, generating medication card automatically, doctor-patient communication, health education and other functions, and bring all the patients from special TB hospitals and TB control institute, into management. With medication management as the core, based on the the patients＇ direct information feedback, two-way data transmission will be realized, in order to achieve the dynamic monitoring of the TB patient flow, information flow and capital flow, and to provide convenient way for the surveillance, monitoring, evaluation and assessment for the supervision and management of TB patients, and to establish a management services and assessment system centralized on patients. In the end, to mobilize the enthusiasm of patients and medical staffs to use mobile internet tools, through successful combination of App data and the data of TB control institute and HIS system in hospital, and make sure that TB control and prevention focuses on management and services for the patients and improve patient-centralized TB management and service system, in order to control TB successfully.
