摘要
随着影像学新技术设备的临床应用,涌现出了一系列影像学生物指标(Imaging Biomarker)使定量诊断成为可能。与传统的单参数成像的螺旋CT相比,能谱CT的物质分离图像、单能量图像、能谱曲线等多参数信息,可进行物质成分的定量检测。3.0场强的高端MRI设备新的化学位移水脂分离如迭代最小二乘法非对称采集水脂分离(IDEAL)梯度回波技术、体素内不相干运动(IVIM)等技术,为定量分析组织脂肪含量变化,细胞内外水分子的扩散状态以及毛细血管血流的微灌注状态提供新的途径。本文就近年影像学定量评价的新技术在肝脏微环境方面的研究进展加以综述。
As more application of imaging technique and equipment, there was a series of imaging biomarkers which made quantitative diagnosis possible. Compared with the traditional single parameter imaging of multi-spiral CT, energy spectrum CT brought material separation image, single energy image, and energy spectrum curve, it made quantitative detection for material composition could be performed. And Ideal IQ and IVIM technology in high field MRI equipment supplied a new approach for quantitative analysis of fat content, diffusion of water molecules and flow perfusion status in micro capillary blood. As for this arti- cle, quantitative evaluation of new imaging technology in recent years in liver mieroenvironment research progress are reviewed.
