摘要
在分析钴锰化学分离方法的基础上 ,针对所处理钴锰渣的特点 ,确定钴锰渣除杂提钴的还原浸出 -化学法初步除杂-P2 0 4萃取深度除杂 -P5 0 7萃取分离钴镍的工艺流程。对分段浸出和一段全浸工艺进行详细比较。结果表明分段浸出工艺流程具有工序少、易于操作、辅助材料消耗少、钴回收率高等特点 ,应用于工业生产 。
Based on the analysis of the chemical separation processes of cobalt from manganese, the new process of reduction leaching primary purification with chemical method impurities elimination completely with P204 cobalt and nickel separation with P507 extraction for cobalt recovery from cobalt manganese material is developed according to the features of the material. The two flowsheets, one stage leaching and two stage leaching, are compared The results show that the two stage leaching process has the advantages of fewer procedures, easier operation, lower consumption of auxiliary agents, higher recovery of cobalt, and it is applicable and profitable in commercial production
