摘要
综述了Mg-Li合金的物理特性、晶体结构、组织和性能的特点以及常见Mg-Li合金的熔铸工艺(熔剂法、气体保护法、真空熔炼法、双重保护法、Mg-Li合金的精炼),着重介绍了Mg-Li合金的性能改善途径(元素强化、冷轧、时效强化、细晶强化)和Mg-Li基复合材料。简述了近些年来国内外学者对Mg-Li合金超塑性的研究成果,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。
As to Mg-Li alloy, this paper has reviewed its physical properties, crystal structure and performance characteristics, and common casting process (including the flux method, gas protection, vacuum smelting method, double protection, and Mg-Li alloy refi- ning). The focus has been made on how to improve its performance (i. e. element strengthe- ning, cold rolling, aging, and refining the grain size) and the introduction of its matrix com- posites. Besides, this paper has also summarized the international fruits of its super-plastic research in recent years and predicted the prospects of its development.
