摘要
大功率CO_2激光器的功率测量关键在于大功率激光光束取样杆应在不影响光束工作条件下取样测量激光光束功率,被测量的激光功率可高达上万瓦.在研制反射式取样功率计过程中,重点考虑在保证测量精度及稳定性条件下,尽量使仪器成本降低.反射式的光学系统可以减少加工费用;反射口径可做得比较大,适用于大口径激光束测量,同时反射镜重量轻.另一方面,采用自行设计与研制的温差多接点热电堆探测器。
An apparatus designed for accurate sampling and measurement of the power of a high power laser beam without blocking or unduly perturbing its work is discussed. It consists of a novel sampling rod which reflects part of a laser beam onto a focusing mirror and then onto a low power detector. An accurate and reliable signal level with an acceptable wide frequency band and low amplitude is then obtained. Test results can be displayed.
