摘要
心脏神经官能症是神经官能症的一种特殊类型,其病因病机与五脏功能失调相关。五脏俞是五脏之气输注于背腰部的腧穴,是五脏之气转输流注于全身的枢纽,且五脏俞接近内脏,作用直接,五脏之病当取五脏背俞穴来进行治疗。调五脏之背俞穴可调五脏气血阴阳,而使机体达到阴平阳秘、精神内守、气血调和以安五脏之精神。现从五脏相关论就五脏俞治疗心脏神经官能症的理论、临床及机理研究作系统论述。
Cardiac neurosis is a special type of neurosis,the etiology and pathogenesis is associated with disorders of the five viscera. Five zang-organs points are the spirit of the five viscera infusion in the back waist points,is the hub of the entire body of the spirit of five viscera transfer lingers,are close to internal organs,and organs have direct effect. Five viscera back-shu point is used when the disease of five viscera. Regulating five viscera of back-shu point can regulate qi and blood,yin and yang of five viscera,and obtain relative equilibrium of yin-yang and coordination between qi and blood to soothe five viscera. In this paper,the system was discussed on theory,clinical and its mechanism of five shu in the treatment of cardiac neurosis from the correlation of five viscera.
