摘要
目的采用综合指数法对医疗援疆效果进行综合分析和评价,形成具有医院管理辅助决策的依据的评价结果。方法选择103家医疗援疆受援医院的管理数据,应用综合指数法分别从医疗工作、教学科研、社会工作3个维度选择20个关键指标,建立医疗援疆评价指标矩阵。结果综合指数得分前3个地州医院的结论是D地区的医院(1.148 8)、I地区医院(1.120 6)、H地区医院(1.042 8)。结论医疗卫生援疆工作总体实施效果呈逐年提升,各地(州)医疗工作指数、社会工作指数差异不显著,教学工作指数南北疆医院存在较大差异。
Objective ： To make a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of medical aid to Xinjiang with comprehensive indexes and achieve evaluation effect of aid decision making in hospital administration. Method： The authors collected management data from 103 assisted hospitals in aid to Xinjiang,and made index matrix of the evaluation on 20 key indexes in three dimensions of medical work,teaching and scientific research,and social work. Result：The prefecture-level hospitals scored the top three locate in D Region （ 1. 1488 ） ,I Region （ 1. 1206）, and H Region （ 1. 0428 ） respectively. Conclusion：The aid to Xinjiang progresses annually. There is no significant difference between medical work indexes and social work indexes in all regions （prefecture-level） but greater difference in teaching indexes between south Xinjiang and north Xinjiang.
