摘要
管棚超前支护技术在解决软弱围岩隧洞塌方和冒顶等问题方面的应用越来越广泛,目前针对管棚的研究主要集中在其承载作用和加固作用方面,而关于管棚设计参数合理取值的研究尚缺乏。对此,通过理论分析、结合相关规范、文献及工程经验,进行管棚设计参数合理取值并分析其应用效果,提出了管棚设计相关技术参数合理取值的方法,并将其应用于隧洞工程实例,检验了管棚支护效果及其实用性。研究成果可为软弱围岩隧洞的管棚超前支护设计提供参考和借鉴。
pipe-shed advanced support technology has been more widely used in soft rock tunnel collapse and roof ca- ving process. At present, the research of pipe-shed is mainly focused on its hearing /unction and strengthening effect while the reasonable design parameters of pipe-shed is worth further study. Based on theoretical analysis, combined with the relevant norms and literature and engineering experience, the pipe-shed reasonable value of design parameters and its application effect are analyzed. The method for reasonable value of design related parameters of pipe shed is put forward. And its application in the tunnel engineering example is used to test the pipe-shed support effect and practicality. The study can provide a reference/or the design of pipe roof in soft surrounding rock tunnel.
