摘要
利用铸造仿真模拟软件Flow-3D,对一种铝合金输油管接头零件的铸造工艺中可能出现的问题进行仿真优化,改进工艺,消除缺陷。通过对仿真结果的分析,发现在输油管接头的法兰部位出现了气体聚集现象,通过采取增加出气孔等优化工艺措施,得到了较好的充型结果。凝固模拟显示铸件无缩孔等凝固缺陷,表明优化后的工艺合理可行。利用该工艺进行了砂型铸造试制,铝合金输油管接头铸件的缺陷基本消失。
Aimed at the problems in production, the casting process for oil pipe joint castings was simulated using software Flow-3D to improve the process and eliminate defects. The simulation results show that gas aggregation phenomena in flange was found. By adding vents to optimize the casting process, a better filling result was obtained. There are no shrinkage or coagulation defects in simultaneous solidification process. The result shows that the technology is reasonable and feasible.
