摘要
精氨酸激酶(arginine kinase,AK)是无脊椎动物能量代谢关键酶,杨梅素是一种黄酮类物质,具有多种生物活性。本文研究的是杨梅素对AK结构和功能的影响,采用AK活性分析、荧光光谱、圆二色光谱等技术研究杨梅素对精氨酸激酶结构与功能影响。研究结果表明:杨梅素可以有效地抑制AK活性,并导致AK二级结构和构象发生明显变化。为设计开发生物杀虫剂提供了理论依据。
Arginine Kinase( AK) plays the key role in invertebrate energy metabolism. Myricetin is a kind of flavonoids compounds,with multiple biological activities. This paper focused on the effects of myricetin on AK's structure and function by the means of activity assay,fluorescence and circular dichroism spectrum. The research results indicated that myricetin could effectively inhibit AK 's activity and cause the obvious conformation changes,which also provide important clues for rational designing and developing biological insecticide.
