摘要
分析研究了一种两级式恒流/恒压模式锂电池充电器的电路结构及其工作原理,该变换器由前级PFC变换器和后级双管正激变换器级联而成。详细给出了前级PFC电感和后级控制方式的设计。最后研制了一台原理样机,实验结果表明,两级式恒流/恒压模式锂电池充电器具有输入功率因数高、电流谐波少、恒流/恒压模式、效率高等优点。
The circuit structure and its operation principle of a two-stage constant-current/constant-voltage mode Li-ion battery charger are analyzed and studied, it is cascaded by a PFC converter and a dual-switch forward converter.The design for the inductor of the forward PFC converter and the control method of the backward converter are showed in detail.At last, a prototype is built, and the experiment results show that the two-stage constant-current/constant-voltage mode Li-ion battery charger has many advantages such as high input power factor, little EMI, intelligent charging, high efficiency.
