摘要
临床实践教学是医学人才培养的最重要的教学环节之一,关系着高等医学教育的质量。随着医学教育模式的改变,自21世纪以来,各地医学院校相继建立临床学院教学基地,为强化临床实践教学提供了平台。结合临床学院的实践教学工作,探讨如何充分利用现有的医疗卫生教育资源,促进理论学习与临床实践的有机融合,充分发挥教学医院的临床医疗资源优势,从而在学生从临床理论学习有效地过渡到临床实习的过程中发挥关键作用。
Clinical practice teaching is one of the most important teaching link of training medical talents, the quality of higher medical education. With the change of medical education mode, many medical institutions have clinical college mode since twenty-first century, providing a platform to strengthen clinical practice. In this paper, based on the practical teaching in clinical medical college, and discusses how to make full use of existing medical and health education resources, promote the organic combination of theoretical learning and clinical practice, exploit clinical medical resource advantages into full play of teaching hospitals, resulting in students from the clinical study of theory effective transtion to play a key role in the process of clinical practice.
