显微手术后放射治疗同步替莫唑胺对脑胶质瘤患者的疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的通过对脑胶质!瘤患者采用显微手术、术后放疗同步替莫唑胺进行治疗,研究其临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析81例来我院进行诊治并接受住院手术治疗的脑胶质瘤患者,分为对照组和观察组。对照组34例,实施显微手术后放射治疗,观察组47例,实施显微手术后放射治疗同步替莫唑胺治疗,对两组患者的疗效、不良反应发生情况以及1年、2年生存率进行分析和比较。结果 (1)对照组疗效评价总有效率为55.88%,观察组患者评价总有效率为80.85%,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);(2)对照组不良反应发生率为38.24%,观察组不良反应发生率为51.06%,差异无显著性(P>0.05);(3)对照组患者1年生存率为61.76%,2年生存率为44.12%;观察组患者1年生存率为87.23%,2年生存率为68.09%,两组之间分别进行统计学分析,差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论对脑胶质瘤患者采用显微手术后行放射治疗同步替莫唑胺进行治疗,不仅具有更加显著的临床治疗效果,而且无明显增加的不良反应发生,且1年、2年生存率明显较高,具有较大的临床应用价值。 Objective To study the clinical effect by using Microsurgery and postoperative radiotherapy combined with temozolomide for the patients with brain glioma. Methods 81 patients with brain glioma admitted to our hospital and treated with surgery were divided into control group and observation group. 34 patients in the control group were treated with radiotherapeuties after microsurgical operation while 47 patients in the observation group were treated with radiotherapeutics combined with temozolomide after the operation. The efficacy, adverse reactions and the survival rates in 1 or 2 years of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results ( 1 ) The total validity rate of efficacy evaluation in the control group was 55.88% while the rate in the observation group was 80. 85%. The rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05). (2) In the control group, the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 38.24%, while in the observation group, the rate was 51.06% , so there was no significant difference between the two groups (P〉0. 05). (3) The 1-year survival rate of the patients in control group was 61.76% and 2-year survival rate was 44. 12%. In contrast, the 1-year survival rate of the patients in the observation group was 87.23% and the 2-year survival rate was 68.09%. The difference was significant ( P〈0. 05 ). Conclusion The application of microsurgery and postoperative radiotherapy combined with temozolomide for the patients with brain glioma not only has remarkable clinical effect, but also it does not result in considerable increase in adverse reactions. Besides, the 1- year and 2-year survival rates are significantly higher. Therefore, it is worth promoting.
