摘要
目的:观察滋肾益精汤联合耳穴压豆治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年5月—2016年1月于本院就诊的围绝经期综合征患者94例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组各47例。对照组给予戊酸雌二醇片口服,观察组则给予滋肾益精汤联合耳穴压豆治疗,两组均连续治疗1个月。比较两组患者临床疗效及相关指标的变化。结果:观察组有效率为91.5%,对照组有效率为72.3%,两组有效率比较,差异性显著(χ~2=5.817,P<0.05);观察组患者经治疗后更年期临床症状Kupperman评分(10.37±2.16),显著低于对照组的(17.53±3.84),差异性显著(P<0.05);观察组经治疗后激素水平波动明显,雌二醇(estradiol,E2)水平与对照组相比显著升高,而促黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone-releasing,LH)、促卵泡生成素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)水平则显著低于对照组,差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论:滋肾益精汤联合耳穴压豆治疗围绝经期综合征疗效肯定,能显著改善患者的临床症状,其机制与调控激素水平密切相关。
Objective： To explore the influence of Zishen Yijing Decoction （ZSYJD） combined with auricular plaster therapy on symptoms improvement and hormone levels of patients with perimenopausal syndrome. Methods： Ninety -fimr patients with peri- menopausal syndrome who were treated in our hospital between May of 2014 and Jan. of 2016 were chosen as the research sub- jects, and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 47 cases in each group. The ones in the con- trol group were given Estradiol Valerate Tablets for oral administration, while the ones in the observation group were treated with ZSYJD. Both groups were treated for one month continuously, then their clinical c, urative effects and changes of the related inde- xes were compared. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 91.5%, while that of the control group was 72.3% ; p; And the difference between them had significance （X^2 = 5. 817, P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the clinical symptoms of Kupper- man seore of the observation group （ 10.37 ± 2.16） was significantly lower than that of the control group （ 17.53 - 3.84 ） , and the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the obselwation group＇s hormone levels fluctuated more obviously, its estradiol levels （estradinl, E2） increased more significantly compared with the control group, but its luteinizing hormone -relea- sing level, follicle stimulating hormone level were significantly lower than those of the control group; And the differences between them had significance （ p 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： ZSYJD combined with auricular plaster therapy has a remarkable clinical curative effect on symptoms improvement and hormone levels of patients with perimenopausal syndrome, can significantly improve the elinical symptoms of patients, and its mechanism is closely related to the regulation of hormone levels.
