摘要 学校环境是教师专业发展的教育生态环境,不同教师对自身所处的学校环境形成了个性化的感知。通过对中小学教师进行问卷调查,探讨学校环境对教师专业发展的影响机制。结果表明,教师专业发展是专业理念与师德、专业知识、专业能力、沟通与合作等四个维度组成的动态发展的稳定结构。教师感知到的学校环境既可以整体地、直接地影响教师专业发展,也可以通过教师的教育效能感、工作投入、职业延迟满足能力等中介变量产生影响。教师对学校环境的感知与专业发展在性别、年龄、教龄、学历、职称、职务上存在差异,并且受到学校类型、学校归属地等学校层面变量的影响。应通过调控影响机制的基本条件、合理创建学校环境、运用主要中介路径等手段促进教师的专业发展。 School environment is the educational ecological environment of teachers' professional development,and different teachers form their own perception of the school environment.This paper investigated the influence of school environment on elementary and secondary school teachers' professional development by questionnaire.The results show that teachers' professional development was a dynamic and stable structure,which contained four dimensions:professional philosophy and ethics,professional knowledge,professional ability,and communication and cooperation.Teachers' perception of school environment could not only wholly and directly affect the professional development of teachers,but also could exert influences on the professional development of teachers through mediation variables such as teachers' self-efficacy of education,job involvement and vocational delay of gratification.The result also shows differences of teachers' perception of school environment and professional development in gender,age,teaching experience,qualification,professional title,and duties.What's more,the school level variables of school type and school location had great influence on teachers' perception of school environment and teachers' professional development.It suggests that we promote the teachers' professional development by adjusting the basic conditions of the impact mechanism,establishing the school environment reasonably and using the main intermediary paths.
