摘要
提高教育质量的任务,最后要由教师承担。教师队伍建设,是办学的基本工程。大学教师发展是教师教育的新概念,不同于传统的教师培训,体现了教师的自主性、个性化而不是被动地被培训。大学教师通过各种方式,在一定的基层组织中,不断地自我提高学科专业水平、教育知识、教学能力和师德。教师发展的有效性取决于教师发展的动力,应当借助适切的外部激励机制,激发大学教师自我价值追求的内部动力。
The task of improving the quality of education will be shoulder by the faculty finally.Faculty construction is the basic project of school-running.Faculty development is a new concept of teacher education,which is different from the traditional teacher training.It reflects the initiative and individuation of the faculty,rather than the passive training.The faculty improve the level of professional disciplines,education knowledge,teaching ability and virtue continuously in certain organizations through a variety of ways.The effectiveness of faculty development depends on the power of faculty development,so it should use a proper external incentive mechanism to arouse the inner power of faculty to pursue their selfvalue realization.
