摘要
目的:总结张珍玉治疗不寐的用药规律,阐发其学术思想。方法 :收集、整理张珍玉教授治疗不寐首诊医案381首,统计张珍玉诊治不寐的药物使用频次。采用关联规则Apriori算法,进行药物间关联度分析;采用复杂系统熵聚类挖掘药物核心组合,在此基础上运用无监督熵层次聚类算法,获得潜在新方,并绘制药物关联规则网络视图、药物核心组合网络视图及新方网络视图。结果:挖掘出炙远志—当归—夜交藤—牡丹皮、龟甲—炒山药—炒白术—生地黄—人参—牡丹皮等8个核心药物组合,挖掘出茯苓—生白芍—柴胡—炒白芍、龟甲—炒山药—炒白术—生地黄—山萸肉—人参—牡丹皮等4个潜在新方,明确了张珍玉治疗不寐的药物使用频次及药物之间的关联规则。结论:张珍玉治疗不寐重视心脾两脏,多用健脾益气、养血安神法,疗效显著。
Objective：To summarize Professor ZHANG Zhenyu＇s medication rules in treating insomnia and to elucidate the academic thoughts. Methods：Total 381 medical cases with insomnia first diagnosed by Professor ZHANG Zhenyu were collected to study the medication frequency in treating insomnia. Association rules Apriori algorithm was used to make the correlating analysis between drugs,complex system entropy clustering was used to dig out the core combinations,unsupervised hierarchical clustering algorithm was used to obtain the potential new prescriptions and draw the network view of drug association rules,core combinations and new prescriptions. Results：Sunburn polygala（Zhiyuanzhi）- angelica（Danggui）- caulis（Yejiaoteng）- paeonia（Mudanpi）,testudinis carapaxet plastrum（Guijia）- fried yam（Chaoshanyao）- fried atractylodes（Chaobaizhu）-rehmanniae（Shengdihuang）- ginseng（Renshen）- paeonia（Mudanpi） were the eight core combinations. On this basis,four potential new prescriptions were mined out such as poria（Fuling）- health peony（Shengbaishao）-bupleurum（Chaihu）- fried white peony（Chaobaishao）,testudinis carapaxet plastrum（Guijia）- fried yam（Chaoshanyao）- fried atractylodes（Chaobaizhu）- rehmanniae（Shengdihuang）- cornus（Shanyurou）- ginseng（Renshen）- paeonia（Mudanpi） etc. What ‘s more,we found out the medication frequency and association rules between drugs in the treatment of insomnia by professor ZHANG Zhenyu. Conclusion：Professor ZHANG emphasized on the heart and spleen and used invigorating the spleen and tonifying qi or enriching blood and tranquilizing methods in the treatment of insomnia with significant effects.
