人参林蛙油复方软胶囊对游泳小鼠糖代谢的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究人参林蛙油复方软胶囊对游泳小鼠糖代谢的影响,探讨其对小鼠运动能力的影响及其作用机制。方法将ICR雄性小鼠随机分为4组:对照组和人参林蛙复方软胶囊高、中、低剂量组,连续灌胃30 d,于末次给予受试物30 min后,进行小鼠游泳实验,测定尿素氮、肝糖原和血乳酸的含量。结果高剂量组负重游泳时间延长与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在不负重游泳条件下,高剂量组血清尿素、血乳酸含量降低与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高、中剂量组肝糖原含量增加与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人参林蛙油复方软胶囊对游泳小鼠具有一定的缓解疲劳作用。 Objective To explore effects of ginseng rana compound soft capsule on glucose metabolism in mice swim and its impact on the athletic ability of mice and its mechanism. Methods The ICR mice were randomly divided into four groups: control group and ginseng rana compound soft capsule of high,medium and low-dose group,gavage 30 d,after the last gavage 30 min. All mice were swimming test and analysis of serum urea nitrogen,liver glycogen and blood lactic acid were detected by experiment. Results The loading swimming time of mice in high-dose group was longer than of control group,with significant difference( P〈0. 05). Without swimming conditions,the mice in high-dose group showed lower the serum urea nitrogen and blood lactic acid content than of control groups( P〈0. 05). Compared to control group,mice in the high-dose group and medium-dose group with increased the liver glycogen content had significant difference( P〈0. 05). Conclusion There is an effect of ginseng rana compound soft capsule on alleviating physical fatigue in swimming mice.
