摘要
基于深度访谈,从职业认知、职业情感和行为倾向等三个方面对高校辅导员的职业认同状况展开描述,并就职业态度、知识技能和两个维度的胜任力对职业认同的影响展开探讨。研究发现,高校辅导员职业认同具有矛盾性、阶段性的特征,职业胜任力对辅导员职业认同有重要影响。
Based on intensive interviews, this study presents an illustration of counselors in colleges and universi-ties from three perspectives, such as the career recognition, the professional emotion and the behavior disposition, and the influence of the career identity on the career attitude, knowledge and skills and the personality charm as well is also discussed in this paper. The paper finds out that the college counselors, career identity contains its contradictoriness and periodical features, and the career competency has a profound influence on their career identity.
