摘要 研究了汞(Ⅱ)-邻菲罗啉-曙红Y体系的光谱特征,并考察了体系的最佳反应条件、灵敏度、选择性.结果表明,该方法具有较高的灵敏度和较好的选择性,检出限可达2.18ng·mL^(-1).据此,提供了一种用RRS技术,灵敏、简便、快速测定Hg(Ⅱ)的方法. The spectral characteristics of Mercury ( Ⅱ) - Ortho Phenanthroline - Eosin Y System. were stud- ied. The optimal reaction conditions, sensitivity and selectivity were investigated. The results showed that the method has good selectivity and higher sensitivity with a detection limit of 2.18 ng · mL^-1. Based on these results, a sensitive, simple and rapid method for the determination of Hg (Ⅱ) was established.
