摘要
介绍廖品东教授运用小儿推拿治疗泄泻的经验。其提出"谨守病机,虚实论治",认为小儿泄泻的基本病机除脾虚湿盛外,关键在于大肠和小肠分清别浊的功能失调,以"实则泻之,虚则补之"创立小儿推拿泄泻方,临床运用,取得良效。附典型病案1则以验证。
Professor LIAO Pindong’s experience in treating diarrhea with infantile tuina was introduced.He put forward the theory of ＂take pathogenesis into account seriously to make a treatment based on deficiency and excess classification＂.In his opinion,infantile diarrhea,in addition to insufficiency of the spleen with overabundance of dampness,was mainly caused by large and small intestine dysfunction of separating the clear and turbid.Therefore,infantile tuina therapy should be applied under the principle of ＂treating excess with purgation while treating deficiency with tonification＂,which had a significant clinical effect.1 typical case was attached for verification.
