摘要
目的:探讨真皮瘢痕组织瓣在增生性瘢痕美容性修复中的应用和临床效果观察。方法:2009年以来在临床治疗增生性瘢痕方面展开了积极的探索,65例增生性瘢痕患者利用真皮瘢痕组织瓣进行切除瘢痕后的创面的减张修复,真皮瓣设计灵活,宽度在0.2~2cm,取得了较好的临床效果。结果:本组65例增生性瘢痕患者,切口均为Ⅰ期愈合,伤口愈合后早期切口均有不同程度的增生。术后配合激光、药物、加压包扎等综合治疗,随访6个月至3年,经医患双方共同评价,100%患者均觉得术后较前有改善,57例87.6%对术后效果满意,8例12.4%的患者感觉效果改善,但不够满意。结论:利用真皮瘢痕组织瓣治疗增生性瘢痕,是一种有效的伤口减张缝合的方法,并取得较好增生性瘢痕的的临床治疗效果,值得推广应用。
Objectve To explore the effectiveness of the scar dermal flap in aesthetic restoration of hypertrophic scar. Methods Sixty-five patients with hypertrophic scar were included in the research from 2009 to 2016. After the incision of the skin,either unilateral or bilateral parts of the scar dermal flap with the width ranging from 0.2-2.0 cm were made according to the tension of the incision. Laser technology,drug and compression bandage were used to help improve the cosmetic effect after operation. Followed-up 6 months-3 years of suturing the wound, the results of the surgical treatments were assessed by both doctors and patients. Results Of all the patients, 87.6% of them were very satisfied with the results while other 12.4% felt satisfied with reservations. Conclusion The scar dermal flap is an effective technique to treat hypertrophic scar.
