摘要
以同步马达为同步控制元件的多缸同步液压控制系统广泛应用于冶金等各行业。以转炉烟罩同步马达升降液压控制系统为例,分析传统同步马达多缸同步液压控制系统的工作原理和特点,针对其存在的问题提出一种带纠偏功能的同步马达多缸同步液压控制系统,已将它实际应用于生产中,并取得了良好的效果。
Multi-cylinder synchronization hydraulic control system with synchronous motor as synchronous control component is widely used in metallurgical and other industries. Taking converter hoods synchronous motors hydraulic control system as example, the principle and characteristics of the synchronous motor multi-cylinder synchronization hydraulic control system were analyzed. A correction was proposed to solve the existing problems of synchronous motor multi-cylinder synchronization hydraulic control system and its application in production shows good results have been achieved.
