摘要
针对目前煤矿井下钻机操作复杂,工人劳动强度大,以及在施工过程中存在安全隐患等问题,研制实现了一键全自动钻进的智能遥控自动钻机,智能遥控自动钻机将抓杆机械手、开放式钻杆箱、剪刀式双夹持器及自动控制系统等有机集成,以实现煤矿井下钻孔安全生产。试验结果表明:该智能遥控自动钻机自动化程度高,性能可靠,稳定,并大幅度降低劳动强度,提高了生产效率。
Aiming at the coal mine drilling complex operation,heavier working intensity.Safe hidden trouble existing in the construction process at present and these problems.The Intelligent remote automatic drilling machine of A key fully automatic drilling is developed.Automatic drill will catch rod manipulator,open drill pipe box,scissors type double gripper and automatic control system for organic integration In order to realize the underground coal mine safety production.Field test proved that the intelligent remote control automatic drill has the advantages of high degree of automation,stable and reliable performance,greatly reduce the labor intensity,improve the production efficiency.
