摘要
目的了解安徽省部分居民对免费妇幼保健服务的知晓情况,并分析影响因素。方法采用分阶段随机整群抽样方法抽取安徽省3个市各县区2120人进行问卷调查。结果调查对象中男性661人(32.0%),女性1401人(67.9%),平均年龄为(35.86±9.69)岁,安徽省部分居民对免费妇幼保健服务总体知晓率为22.8%,不同性别调查对象在增补叶酸和两癌筛查方面知晓率有差异。多因素Logistic回归分析显示妇幼保健服务知晓率的影响因素包括年龄(30~39岁年龄组:OR=0.600;40岁及以上年龄组:OR=0.567)、文化程度(初中组:OR=0.643;高中或中专组:OR=0.538;大专及以上组:OR=0.457)、地区(六安:OR=0.212;淮北:OR=0.507)、是否抽烟(OR=1.804)。结论安徽省居民免费妇幼保健服务总体知晓率较低,亟待采取针对性的健康教育措施,提高目标人群对免费妇幼保健服务的知晓率。
Objective To identify the awareness level of free maternal and child services in public health among residents in Anhui Province, and analyze the risk factors related to the awareness rate. Methods By using stratified cluster sampling method, a total of 2120 residents were selected for a face-to-face interview and a structured questionnaire was used. SPSS 18.0 was used to describe and infer data. Statistical inference included chi-square and logistic regression analysis. Results Among 2062 respondents, the percentages of males and females were 661 （32. 0% ） and 1401 （67.9%）, re- spectively. The mean age was （35.86 ＋ 9. 69） year-old. The overall awareness rate of free maternal and child services in public health was 22. 8%. The awareness rates of supplement folic acid and screening of breast cancer and cervical cancer be- tween different gender respondents had statistical differences. The muhi-variable logistic regression model showed that age, education, region and smoking were associated with the awareness rates. The following variables were associated with the awareness rates ： age （ aged 30 - 39 ： OR =0. 600 ; aged above 40 ： OR = 0. 567 ）, education （ middle school ： OR = 0. 643 ; high school or technical secondary school： OR = 0. 538; junior college： OR = 0. 457）, region （ Lu＇ an： OR = 0. 212, Huaibei： OR = 0. 507 ） and smoking （OR = 1. 804）. Conclusion The awareness rates of 8 free maternal and child health services in Anhui Province were low, health educational measures need to be taken to improve awareness of free maternal and child health services in Anhui.
