摘要
目的:探究应用辛伐他汀对绝经期冠心病合并骨质疏松患者骨密度的影响。方法:将130例绝经期冠心病合并骨质疏松患者随机分为治疗组和参照组,参照组行冠心病常规治疗,治疗组在冠心病常规治疗基础上结合辛伐他汀口服治疗,比较两组患者的血脂水平以及骨密度指标。结果:治疗组患者总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)以及载脂蛋白B(ApoB)均显著低于参照组,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)显著高于参照组,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的载脂蛋白(ApoA)水平无显著差异,组间数据差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组患者的β-胶原水平显著低于参照组,骨密度和骨钙素水平显著高于参照组,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:辛伐他汀能够降低患者的血脂水平,缓解动脉粥样硬化症状的发展速度、有效治疗冠心病,增加骨密度,改善骨质疏松治疗效果。
Objective:To explore the influence of simvastatin on BMD in patients with climacteric coronary heart disease(CHD)combined osteoporosis.Methods:130patients with climacteric coronary heart disease(CHD)combined osteoporosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was given conventional treatment of coronary heart disease,and the treatment group was given simvastatin oral treatment on the basis of control group,then compared the blood lipid levels and BMD indexes of two groups.Results:The TC,TG,LDL-C and ApoB of treatment group were significantly lower than that of control group,and the high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group,which the differences of two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference of apolipoprotein(ApoA)levels between the two groups,with no statistical significance difference(P〉0.05).The beta collagen level of treatment group were significantly lower than that of control group,and the bone mineral density and osteocalcin level of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group,which the differences was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Simvastatin can reduce patients' blood lipid levels,relieve the development speed of symptoms of atherosclerosis,effectively treat coronary heart disease,increase the bone density,and improve the treatment effect of osteoporosis.
