护生任务卡在护理技能实训课的使用和效果

摘要 目的探讨护生任务卡在护理技能实训课的使用和效果。方法采取便利取样方法,选择2014级大专护理专业4班为试验组60人,选择2014级大专护理专业3班为对照组60人。试验组领取护生任务卡,在课前完成卡中任务,并于实训课中执行任务卡。对照组采用传统教学方法。结果试验组基础护理技术实训成绩高于对照组,对教学效果评价也明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论在护理教育中,设置护生任务卡有利于提高学生技能综合素质及实用型护理人员的培养。 Objective To investigate the use and effect of nursing student task card in nursing skill training class. Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select 60 persons from nursing professional class 4 of 2014 as an experimental group and 60 from class 3 as a control group. The experimental group received nursing student task cards, and completed the tasks on the card before class and did the tasks in the training class. The control group used traditional teaching methods. Results The basic nursing skill training results were better and the teacher s' satisfaction was higher in the experimental group than in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion In nursing education, nursing student task card is helpful for improving the nursing students' comprehensive quality and practical skills.
