摘要
目的:利用中医处方智能分析系统,对王自立经验方"清利通淋汤"进行方证知识规律分析,为继承和发扬其学术经验提供依据。方法:收集王自立"清利通淋汤"典型病例,录入数据库,进行方证分析。结果:清利通淋汤综合性味偏寒、平,综合药味偏甘、苦,主要归经为肺、胃经;主要功效为清热解毒、利尿生津,适宜于湿热蕴结、水湿内停证。结论:本研究实现了王自立清利通淋汤君臣佐使、气味归经、功效主治的数据挖掘。
Objective： To analyze syndrome knowledge of famous veteran TCM doctors WANG Zili＇s QingLi TongLin Tang by using CPIAS, which can provide basis for inheriting and developing his academic experience. Methods： Typical cases of WANG Zili＇s QingLi TongLin Tang were collected, and then recorded into database, syndromes were analyzed. Results： Synthetical property and flavor of QingLi TongLin Tang tend to be cold and natured, synthetical flavor tend to be sweet and bitter. The main meridian tropisms were lung and stomach meridians. The main efficacy was heat-clearing and detoxicating, diuresis and fluid generation, which was proper for beat-dampness stagnation, water and dampness retention syndromes. Conclusion： This study has achieved data mining of monarch, minister, assistant, guide, flavor, meridian tropism, efficacy and indication.
