摘要
目的:探讨冲洗液温度对老年BPH行电切手术患者体温、术后膀胱痉挛及尿检红细胞计数的影响。方法:研究对象选取老年BPH行电切手术患者共100例,以随机抽签法分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例),分别采用22℃~24℃和33℃~36℃生理盐水冲洗;比较两组患者冲洗前后体温,术后膀胱痉挛程度评分及尿检红细胞计数水平等。结果:观察组患者冲洗后12h和24h体温显著高于对照组,术后膀胱痉挛程度评分显著低于对照组,术后尿检红细胞计数水平显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于老年BPH行电切手术患者适当提高冲洗液温度可有效避免低体温出现,降低膀胱痉挛程度,并有助于减少尿检红细胞计数水平。
Objective：To investigate the effects of irrigation fluid temperature on body temperature,postoperative bladder spasm and urine red blood cell count of elderly patients with BPH by transurethral surgery.Methods：lO0 elderly patients with BPH by transurethral surgery were chosen and randomly divided into two groups including control group （50 patients） with saline wash for 22℃-24℃ and observation group （50 patients） with saline wash for 33 ℃ -36℃ ;and the body temperature before and after wash, postoperative bladder spasm scores and urine red blood cell count of both groups were compared.Results：The body temperature in 12h and 24h after wash of observation group after treatment was significant higher than control group （ P〈 0.05 ） .The postoperative bladder spasm scores of observation group after treatment was significant lower than control group （ P〈 0.05 ） .The levels of urine red blood cell count of observation group after treatment was significant lower than control group （ P〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion：Raising the temperature of washing liquid in appropriate degree on elderly patients with BPH by transurethral surgery can efficiently avoid hypothermia occurrence, reduce the bladder spasm degree and be helpful to decrease the level of urine red blood cell count.
