摘要
糖尿病患病率在逐年攀升,骨科手术中糖尿病患者比率也大幅提高,糖尿病患者不良手术结局风险较非糖尿病患者高。该文拟就骨科手术的特点,探讨骨科手术对糖尿病患者血糖的影响及血糖控制不佳对手术预后的影响。
