p120ctn的表达模式与非小细胞肺癌EGFR-TKIs获得性耐药的相关性 被引量:2

The relationship between p120ctn expression pattern and acquired drug-resistance for non-small cell lung cancer EGFR-TKIs

摘要 目的:探讨p120ctn的表达模式与非小细胞肺癌EGFR-TKIs获得性耐药的相关性。方法:应用免疫组化检测并随访具有EGFR基因突变的肺腺癌患者样本中p120ctn的表达模式,并应用Western blot检测EGFR-TKI耐药细胞系中p120ctn表达改变。结果:p120ctn异常表达的肺癌患者更容易出现获得性耐药,建立吉非替尼耐药的肺癌细胞系过程中,p120ctn的表达模式明显改变。结论:p120ctn的异常表达与肺腺癌患者的EGFR-TKIs获得性耐药相关。 Objective: To investigate the relationship between p120 ctn expression pattern and acquired drug-resistance for non-small cell lung cancer EGFR-TKIs.Methods: We used immunochemistry to examine the expression pattern of p120 ctn in patients with EGFR gene mutation,and found the different patterns of p120 ctn.Results: The patients with drug resistance are more likely to show the abnormal expression of p120 ctn.We also observed the alterations in the p120 ctn expression in gefitinib resistant lung cancer cell line.Conclusion: The expression pattern of p120 ctn is related to acquired resistance to EGFR-TKIs in NSCLC.
