摘要
钛合金具有比强度高,中高温性能好和耐腐蚀等显著优点,但其缺点是表面硬度低、耐磨性能差,为了提高钛及钛合金的耐磨性,有效地利用钛合金的优良性能。本文对钛合金表面耐磨处理技术的各种方法,如电镀、化学镀、热喷涂技术、化学热处理、气相沉积、离子注入、微弧氧化、激光表面合金化和激光熔覆、等离子喷涂、加弧辉光离子渗镀与双层辉光离子渗镀技术、表面纳米化技术、电泳涂装、钛合金表面电火花沉积强化技术、热扩散、液相沉积、离子轰击等等进行了综述。
The titanium alloy has the specific tenacity to be high,high temperature performance good and anti-corrosive and so on remarkable merit,but its shortcoming is the surface hardness low,the wear resistant property low,in order to enhance the titanium and the titanium alloy resistance to wear,uses the titanium alloy effectively the fine performance.This article to titanium alloy surface wear-resisting processing technology each method,like the galvanization,the chemical plating,the hot spraying technology,the thermochemical treatment,the gas phase deposition,ion implantation,the linear element oxidation,the laser surface alloy and the laser melted,the plasma spray coating,the arc emitting light ion infiltrates and the double-decked emitting light ion infiltrates technology,a superficial nanometer technology,the electrophoretic painting,the titanium alloy surface electric spark deposition strengthening technology,the thermodiffusion,the liquid phase deposition,the ion bombardment and so on has carried on the summary.
