摘要
采用硼氢化钠作为还原剂处理化学镀镍废液。研究了硼氢化钠投加量、反应时间、温度及pH对镍处理效果的影响。试验表明 ,投加一定量硼氢化钠溶液 ,控制 pH为 6、温度为50℃ ,反应 1 0min后可以将废液中的镍由 60 0 0mg/L降至 1 0mg/L以下。每升废液可获得 54g淀淀物 ,其中镍质量分数达到 66 .1 %。
Sodium borohydride was used as a reducing agent in the treatment of waste liquor of Electroless nickel plating. The effects of sodium borohydride dosage, reaction time, temperature and pH on the treatment efficiency were studied. The results showd that the mass concentration of nickel in waste liquor can be reduced from 6000 mg/L to 10 mg/L under the conditions of a certain dosage of sodium borohydride solution, pH 6, reaction temperature 50℃ and reaction time 10 min; 54 g of sediment containing 66.1% of nickel can be obtained.
