摘要 实现带有CO_2捕集的IGCC,需要研发燃气轮机富氢燃料燃烧室技术。基于阵列驻涡燃料-空气预混的概念,设计了燃气轮机富氢燃料燃烧室的阵列驻涡预混喷嘴,利用模型燃烧室实验研究了该喷嘴在燃烧多种富氢燃料工况下的性能。结果表明,阵列驻涡预混喷嘴在F级燃气轮机工况下燃烧富氢燃料,能够实现安全稳定低噪声工作,多数工况下NO_x排放降低到50 mg/m^3(@15%O_2)以下,展现出在燃气轮机富氢燃料燃烧室中的应用潜力,值得进一步研究。 To employ IGCC system with CO2 capturing, high-hydrogen fuel combustion technic is needed for gas turbines. Based on the concept of arrayed-vanes premixer, a test nozzle was built for gas turbines burning high-hydrogen fuels. The performance of this test nozzle burning Various fuels was studied experimentally using a model combustor under the operation condition of F class gas turbine combustors. The results show that a safe, steady and low-noise premixed combustion is achieved for multiple high-hydrogen fuels; in most instances, the NOx emission is below 50 mg/m3 (@15% 02). The arrayed-vanes premixer shows promise as a possible combustion technic for gas turbines burning high-hydrogen fuels and worth further development.
