适用于调度计划滚动更新的安全校核计算策略研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对日前发电计划、日内发电计划和实时发电计划滚动更新的特点,提出了一种综合考虑静态安全、暂态稳定和动态稳定约束的安全校核计算策略。确保在滚动更新的周期内完成发电计划的安全校核和动态修正。考虑不同元件运行状态变化对安全稳定裕度影响的双向性以及网络拓扑变化对暂态稳定裕度和模式的影响,通过自适应电网运行工况的故障筛选减少安全校核的计算量。根据单算例的平均耗时确定同时完成各类安全稳定评估所需要的计算资源数,通过多时段并行提高计算资源的利用效率。将历史评估结果用于安全稳定评估的故障筛选。减少需要进行所有考核故障安全稳定评估的计划方式个数。通过依次完成所有计划方式的校核断面生成、安全稳定评估和辅助决策的调度策略,实现计算资源的负载均衡。通过实际电网的算例分析。验证了计算策略的快速性和有效性。 In the light of the characteristics of day-ahead, intraday and real-time generation scheduling with rolling update, the paper proposes a calculation strategy considering static security, transient stability and dynamic stability to implement the security check and dynamic correction in the updating period, and uses adaptive contingency screening based on the changes of grid operating situation to reduce the computation of the security check. In addition, the computing resources are allocated based on the average time of one case ensuring that different types of security and stability assessment can be completed simultaneously, and the inefficient utilization of parallel computation platform can be avoided by the parallel computation of multi-period cases for the security check under serial mode. The historical assessment results is used to reduce the number of the plans needing to carry out the security and stability assessment for all contingencies. The calculation of power flow data generation, the security and stability assessment and assistant decision-making is completed by the scheduling strategy to ensure the load balance of the computing resources for all plans at each stage. In the end, the analysis of examples with a actual power grid verifies the validity and rapidity of the proposed strategy.
