摘要
研究选用枯草芽孢杆菌作为益生菌,将其添加在基础日粮中,来评估其对10日龄SPF鸡肠道菌群的影响。将SPF鸡24只随机分为两组:枯草芽孢杆菌处理组(A组)和正常对照组(B组),连续饲喂7 d,收集各组盲肠内容物,采用高通量测序技术对各组SPF鸡盲肠内容物菌群进行分析。结果表明,A组盲肠内容菌群物种多样性高于B组,A组盲肠内容物菌群中有益菌所占的比例(8%)高于B组(2%),试验表明,枯草芽孢杆菌能够通过调节肠道菌群,增加肠道微生物的多样性,抑制有害菌的生长,促进有益菌的生长。
In this study, as a probiotic bacterium, Bacillus subtilis was administered in diet and its effects on the ceacal microbiota of 10 d SPF chickens were evaluated. A total of 24 SPF chickens were randomly allcated into two treatment groups of basal diet containing B. subtilis (A) and basal diet without any addition of probiotics (B). MiSeq high-throughput sequencing analysis of 16SrRNA was used to investigate the bacterial community structure in the caeca of SPF chickens. The results indicated that the species diversity of A group was higher than that of group B and the relative abundance of intestinal mierobiota were higher (8%) than those of control (2%) in the caeca of SPF chick- ens fed with B. subtilis. The probiotic B. subtilis could effectively modulate caecal microbiota and promote the grow of the probiotics. The results of this study promoted application of probiotics in poultry industry.
