摘要
排气系统增加后处理装置,对排气背压产生影响。为确定排气背压值的变化对发动机运行所造成的影响,通过调整背压阀改变排气背压,使发动机在不同背压值工况下达到相同性能指标。对比试验过程中增压压力、燃油消耗率以及涡后温度的变化。最终结果表明,当背压值为75 k Pa时,燃油消耗率较低,涡后温度较高,增压压力稳定,发动机具有较好的综合指标,为排气系统增加后处理装置提供数据支持及参考。
Added after treatment on the exhaust system has influence for the exhaust back pressure, in order to ensure the influence, the position of back pressure valve was regulated to change the exhaust back pressure, so as to insure that the engine has the same performance on these conditions. Contrasting the difference of the boost pressure, the specific fuel consumption and the temperature after turbocharger, it's found that it has the lower specific fuel consumption, the higher temperature and the steady boost pressure, meaning the engine has better performance, when the back pressure was 75 kPa. The result provided support and reference of data for the design of exhaust system added after treatment.
