摘要
恶性肿瘤引发的肠梗阻称为恶性肠梗阻。文章从中医学、现代医学对恶性肠梗阻的认识及治疗两方面进行阐述,其中治疗方面着重阐述了中医穴位贴敷及西医奥曲肽持续静脉泵入在恶性肠梗阻中的应用,结合临床验案举隅及分析得出中医穴位贴敷法利用中药药性及腧穴功效双重作用,更入麝香走窜之力专而效果显著,西药奥曲肽持续静脉滴注有效避免了奥曲肽的半衰期短使药物浓度稳定,近期临床疗效肯定,共同作用下有效地减轻患者痛苦。
The intestinal obstruction induced by malignant tumor is named as malignant intestinal obstruction. In the paper,the understanding and treatment of the disease were explained in light of TCM and modern medicine. Regarding the treatment with acupoint plaster therapy and continuous intravenous drip of octreotide,in association with clinical experiences,it was found that acupoint plaster therapy achieved the double effects of herbal medicine function and acupoint actions. Specially,musk had the significant effects due to its transmitting action,the continuous intravenous drip of octreotide prevented from the short half-life of the drug and stabilized the drug concentration. The co-medication achieves the clinical therapeutic effects and effectively alleviates pains of patients.
