摘要
乡村旅游是贵州省促进一二三产融合、推动城乡一体化和扶贫攻坚的重要手段,但其总体供给不足和结构性失衡的问题表明必须深化乡村旅游的供给侧结构改革。通过全境化打造和全方位服务为改革打造"硬"条件、营造"软"环境,以全要素投入、全民共创共赢和全产业融合解决乡村旅游供给侧存在的要素结构问题、产品结构问题和产业结构问题。通过全域旅游的发展理念和方式为贵州乡村旅游供给侧结构改革探索可行路径。
Rural tourism is a kind of important means of promoting convergence of primary industry, secondary industry and tertiary industry, urban and rural integration and poverty alleviation. In view of the undersupply and structural imbalance, it is a great necessity to deepen the structural reform of the supply front in rural tourism. Good conditions and humanistic environment will be built through improvement of global environment and full serv- ice. The problems of element structure, products structure, and industry structure exiting in the supply side in ru- ral tourism can be addressed by the equilibrium supplies of all the factors, universal participation and earnings and all industrial convergence correspondingly. It is expected to explore a feasible path for Guizhou Province＇ s structural reform of the supply front in rural tourism with the comprehensive tourism development concept and method.
