不同剂量异烟肼与地塞米松鞘内注射治疗结核性脑膜炎的临床转归分析 被引量：11

摘要 目的观察不同剂量异烟肼加地塞米松鞘内注射治疗结核性脑膜炎(结脑)患者的病程,脑压,脑脊液的动态变化,并探索更多的治疗途径。方法将确诊结脑的患者随机分为A、B 2组,均常规四联治疗(HRZE)及鞘内注射不同剂量(INR+DXM),A组(INH 0.2g,DXM 10mg),B组(INH 0.1g,DXM 5mg),间隔(4±1)d进行鞘内注射,分析数据。结果A组的症状改善明显,治疗时间缩短;A组脑脊液各项指标的恢复较B组快。结论 A组较B组病程短(P<0.05);A组降低高颅压效果优于B组(P<0.05);A组脑脊液恢复正常的时间较B组短(P<0.05)。
