摘要
水轮机的压力脉动是水轮机运行的过程中不可避免的,而且随着导叶开度的大小变化,压力脉动的表现形式和特征都发生了变化。在某些条件下,压力脉动会引起机组的剧烈振动,严重威胁机组安全稳定运行。本文结合水电站机组的具体运行数据,分析不同开度区下压力脉动对水电机组的稳定运行的影响,并得出一些结论。
The pressure pulsation of hydraulic turbine is inevitable in the process of turbine operation, and with the guide vane opening size changes, the expression form and characteristics of the fluctuating pressure have changed. Under certain conditions, the pressure pulsation can cause severe vibration of the unit, which is a serious threat to the safe and stable operation of the unit. To this end, this paper combined with the specific operation data of the hydropower station unit, analyzes the influence of the pressure fluctuation on the stable operation of the hydropower unit, and draw some conclusions.
