摘要
为了解决亭南煤矿206工作面回风巷煤柱的强矿压现象,采用研制的液态CO_2相变爆破设备进行卸压爆破。具体研究了206工作面回风巷强矿压现象规律,制定了206工作面回风巷卸压爆破方案与参数设计。爆破后,钻屑量降低至临界值以下,在深度2~6 m钻屑量平均值为2.45 kg/m,在深度7~10 m钻屑量平均值2.78 kg/m;煤体应力由20 MPa降低至15 MPa;每日微震事件平均能量降至3.5×10~4 J以下,卸压效果明显。
Liquid CO2 phase transitions blasting gear is used to carry out pressure relief and blasting for solving roek burst phenomenon of coal pillar at 206 working face return airway in Tingnan Coal Mine. We research the laws of strong mine pressure phenomenon at 206 working face return airway, and set out blasting schemes and parameters design. After blasting, drilling cuttings weight decreased to critical value below, the average value of drilling cutting weight within 2 in to 6 m was 2.45 kg/m and within 7 m to 10 m wass 2.78 kg/m; coal stress decreased from 20 MPa to 15 MPa; average energy of microcosmic events fell to 3.5×10^4 J below for each day with obvious pressure relief effect.
