摘要
目的:探索基于临床药师信息管理系统(CPIMS)的病区用药医嘱审核模式的有效性。方法:使用CPIMS审核2015年4月—2016年3月上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院病区药房心内科某病区医嘱。结果:审核用药医嘱112 812条,发现不合理医嘱1898条,不合理医嘱的发生率呈逐月下降趋势。结论:基于CPIMS的病区医嘱审核模式有效、合理,保障了病人的用药安全。
Objective：To explore the validity of ward medication orders audit mode based on clinication pharmacists information management system（CPIMS）.Methods：The medication orders from April 2015 to March 2016 in the ward of the Department of Cardiology,Xinhua Hospital were reviewed.Results：A total of 112 812 medication orders were reviewed,in which there were 1898 irrational prescriptions,with irrational medication orders declining monthly.Conclusion：Based on CPIMS,the ward medication orders audit mode could ensure the safety and effectiveness of patient medication.
