摘要
目的分析术前护理干预对手术患者焦虑情绪的影响。方法选取2014年的10月—2016年的12月在我院接受手术治疗的95例患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理,研究组则在此基础上针对焦虑情绪给予针对性护理干预,对比两组心理状态。结果观察组患者比对照组患者评分低(P<0.05)。结论综合、全面的术前护理干预能够促进手术患者的焦虑情绪减轻,提高治疗有效率与手术安全性,保障患者获得满意的预后。
Objective To analyze the effect of preoperative nursing intervention on the anxiety of the patient.Methods 95 cases of surgical treatment patient from October 2014 to December 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group,the control group received routine care,the study group on this basis for anxiety given the targeted nursing intervention,compared two groups.Results The psychological state of patients in the observation group compared with the control group in anxiety scale score after nursing were lower（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive preoperative nursing intervention can improve the anxiety of surgical patients are reduced,improve the treatment effect.The rate of operation and safety,ensure satisfactory prognosis.
