摘要
目的分析人性化管理模式在护理管理中的应用效果。方法将2014年12月-2016年12月在我院工作的47例护理人员分为两组,实验组24例给予人性化管理,对照组23例给予传统轮班制管理。结果实验组护理管理满意度高于对照组,其护理行为、护理质量及护理技能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化管理在护理管理中的应用效果优于传统的轮班制管理,其对提高护理质量有着重要的作用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of humanized management mode in nursing management. Methods 47 nurses in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were divided into two groups. The experimental group had 24 cases was given the humanized management, and the control group had 23 cases was given traditional shift management. Results The satisfaction of nursing management in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the nursing behavior, nursing quality and nursing skill score were higher than those of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion the application effect of humanized management in nursing management is better than that of traditional shift management, which plays an important role in improving the quality of nursing.
