创新己烯输送工艺浅析

摘要 为完成降低装置能耗、物耗各10%的指标,通过对装置的能耗组成分析,电耗是装置能耗的第一大用户,在节电上进行攻关,可有效降低装置的综合能耗,拟停用己烯输送泵P-1201A/B定为节能攻关目标。文中论述了停用已烯输送泵的可行性及风险,经实施验证,将V-1201操作压力从0.07 MPa提高至0.4 MPa,实现了停用己烯输送泵也能将己烯输送至下游设备的目标,达到创新、节能、降耗的目的。 In order to reduce the energy consumption and consumption of materials with 10%,the constitution of plant energy consumption was analyzed,the results showed that electricity consumption were the most. In order to reduce the energy consumption,a lot of work were done with economize on electricity,to plan to stop the feeding pump of butylethylene. The practicability and risk of stopping the feeding pump of butylethylene were discussed. After the implementation of verification,the butylethylene can feed to downstream when stop the feeding pump of butylethylene by increasing the operation pressure of V-1201 from 0. 07 MPa to 0. 4 MPa.
